America is in peril. The issue is the toxic assets that will not go away off of the balance sheets of the big, international banks. The financial system, having smacked down the American consumer with the ponzinomics of Basel 2, wants to really on the wounded consumer to save their asses. That is an unfortunate problem, isn't it?

The cronies of the wealthy and their hedge funds have been preserved, and they expect the American people to continue to make them whole. There is a strong possibility that they will not be made whole. It depends not just on loan supply, but also about loan demand, consumer demand for big ticket items, etc.

It is unfortunate that people like Jack Welsh and Jamie Dimon are so spoiled, so corrupt, so used to having the golden spoon in their mouths that they cannot really see the damage that has been done. They got the bailout, but the driver of the economy, the consumer, got essentially nothing.

Walk away from your bad loans. Don't pay your credit cards. Don't put your money into the coffers of the big, international banks, like Bank of America, Citibank, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo and the other biggies. Just don't do business with them because as the home page explains, they have hurt you and with the law behind them, swindled you!

Don't be afraid of the big banks. They can't put you in jail and they cannot hurt you!
